InPress Module

Designed to provide the users the ability to create their complete range of extremely high quality presentation documents and all other key business documents. User can create new, edit existing & store there finished documents using the wide range of tools available. All documents can be emailed, sent as Hi Res PDF’s artwork to internal and external printers.

InPrint Module

Designed to provide the users the ability to store all their  internal & external printed marketing collateral. Users can, create new, edit existing & store all their marketing documents. All documents are brand and design consistent.  Finished documents can be sent as electronic data and Hi Res PDF’s artwork to internal and external printers.

Typical Usage

Normally applied to print items which require regular amendments: business stationery, leaflets, specification sheets, policy documents, brochures, these would be held as templates, and the printed items which only occasional changes are held as high res PDF artwork files.

Designed to export data from clients website and into the system module where the data is used to populate clients branded templates  and deliver back to their website the Hi Res PDF to sit behind a PDF download button, the same PDF can also be sent as an email and to internal and external printers. The module can work with all the estate agency systems, or directly from clients website.

Designed to provide the users the functionality and tools to allow users to create complete range of product catalogues. Designed to provide the user the functionality and tools to create branded emails and newsletter, both use ‘flexible intelligent templates’ and includes the drag & drop tools with a range of pre-designed sub story templates.   This provides the user control over stories and story customisation all within the brand guidelines. The user creates documents in real time, finishes and clicks xHTML system button to save the document ready for email transmission to their client databases.

InImages Module

Designed as an in-house Image Library it provides the functions and tools allowing customised file set up and storage of all forms of images including PDF artwork. Users can upload all forms of static images, video and audio clips.  An image editor is included images can be edited and re-saved as required, an image cart allows the selection of images which can be downloaded or emailed as required.
